Payment

We accept payment with the following options:

• (Visa)Dankort
• Visa (international)
• Master/Eurocard
• Wire transfer

If you choose wire transfer you will be informed about account information and SWIFT code after submitting your order. When the transfer is registered we will ship your order.
If you would like to use another payment type than the ones listed you are free to ask us by email.

Prices

All prices listed in the currencies DKK, SEK, GBP and EUR includes 25% Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices in currencies from non-EU countries are listed without VAT.

Toll

Deliveries to EU countries will not be added duty by the receiving country. Deliveries to countries outside EU may be added duty plus a fee in the receiving country.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

For shipments to EU countries 25% VAT will be included in the price. For shipments to countries outside EU the price will not include VAT, but some receiving countries will add VAT according to local terms.

Delivery

We ship orders to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA

Deliveries to Denmark are sent as packages by postal service and will usually go through the mailbox. For other countries the orders are shipped as Delivery Confirmed letters, requiring you to sign for the delivery. We do not ship to postbox addresses. We will usually ship the knives within two working days after receipt of payment. In special cases please allow up to five working days. If a knife unfortunately should be out of stock we will contact you regarding expected delivery time. We do not guarantee fullfilment of orders if a knife is out of stock, and is not retriveable from our importer. Below you will find the countries that we ship to, and the fee we charge for delivery:

For final information about shipping costs in your local currency, you should take your order through the checkout procedure.

Regret

All orders can be returned to our business address up to 14 days after delivery at your address as long as they are returned unused with all documents and in original packing. Returning the order is at the customer's responsibility and expense. Orders returned in due time can be exchanged to other goods or you can choose to get the order amount returned. You may also deny receipt of the order to the postal service whereafter it will be returned.

Damaged goods

It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the order is undamaged upon arrival. Should the order be damaged you should contact us no later than two days after arrival. After returning the order back to us we will send you a replacement order.

Damages emerged after receipt.

Damages to knives emerging after incorrect handling will not be subject to compensation. The following is seen as incorrect handling:

• Cleaning in dishwasher
• Cutting, chopping etc. on a hard surface like glass, marble, acrylic etc.
• Cutting and chopping hard or frozen foods or non-food materials.
• The knife is used for other actions than cutting and chopping (hit, twist, scrape etc.)

If the knife is used incorrectly it might chip, which means smaller or larger bits of the edge might break off. Should this happen the knife should be sharpened by a professional.
